Adapted COVID-19 Class 'Quorum' Policy ("Sign-ups" and "Drop-ins") Version 2:
It is necessary to have a ‘quorum’ to open each class session, and that is why we ask people to ‘sign-up’ and commit to a session of classes. If a sufficient number of people ‘sign-up’, then the specific class session will open. During COVID-19, participants who are not already BDD-clients are not allowed to ‘drop-in.’ BDD-Fitness Clients must ‘sign-up/commit/register.’ No refunds for missed classes. Payments for those who ‘sign-up’ are due at first class of session(s) that indeed do open. If a client does not “register” for 6-week session and wants to visit class one day at a time, client must contact Betsy by 3pm the day of class to ensure there is adequate space in room. If clients want to invite new friends, contact Betsy by 3pm the day of class to ensure there is adequate space in room.
